I love wine. But it wasn’t always that way. I started with cheap grocery store wines, but they were too acidic and gave me a headache. Then I discovered more full bodied wines, but they were too heavy and had a bad aftertaste. The inability to find the perfect wine inspired me to make my own. I wanted wine that delivered everything I was looking for. Deep, rich flavors and none of the harsh acidity or bitterness.
